These companies are wiring Arc into a product or a rail that already exists: a payment processor adding a settlement option, a bank testing transfers, an exchange enabling the network, a card programme funding spend from an on-chain balance. They usually deploy nothing themselves, so there are no on-chain checks — that is a property of the role, not a gap. What matters instead is whether the integration is available to real customers, which is exactly what the status and its dated evidence record.
