Launchpads, NFT & Meme on Arc· 9
As of 19 September 2026, Built on Arc tracks 9 launchpads, nft & meme projects on Circle's Arc blockchain: 1 live on mainnet, 2 on testnet, 6 announced. Bullcheese is the one observed working on mainnet.
The thinnest-evidenced category in the directory, and the gap is itself the story. Circle's own Arc ecosystem taxonomy has no bucket for launchpads, NFT, meme, gaming or consumer projects at all — the category is excluded by schema rather than by judgment — so nothing here carries any form of Circle acknowledgement.
Role is Deploys, so on-chain checks apply and are shown on the project page. Several entries have no verifiable public record beyond a landing page; some have competing domains claiming the same collection. Built on Arc records what was observed and what could not be, because absence of evidence is information a reader should have. Launchpad rankings, token safety tooling and memecoin trading sit with Meme Central.

Questions
Does a listing here mean a token is legitimate?
No. A listing records that a project exists and what we observed about it. Many entries in this category carry flags. Nothing here is investment advice.
What clears an unverified claim flag?
A primary source we can link and date — a deployed contract, an official announcement, or a working product. Send it through the report form and we will re-check.
Does paying change where a project appears?
No. Paid entries are labelled Listing, sit in the same ranked order as everything else, and use rel="sponsored". Payment never affects status, flags, evidence or the Editor's Index.
