That domain hosts a status page describing itself as a testnet explorer and network-operations dashboard, tracking "Arc Testnet," several other EVM testnets, Circle Gateway, and CCTP V2, centered on a "One USDC" unified cross-chain balance concept — a materially different framing (cross-chain infrastructure and monitoring) than the "yield terminal" description previously associated with the arcswap.net name. Whether oneliq.xyz is a rebrand of the same team, an unrelated project that acquired a lapsed domain, or something else is not established by this page — only the redirect itself, and the differing self-description at the destination, are directly checkable facts.
